Refund Policy
All rent is due on the 1st day of the month. If your unit is occupied on or after the 1st day of the month, full rent is due for that month. If your unit is occupied after the fifth (5th) day of the month no refunds will be given. Occupancy is determined by having a customer lock on a unit. We will not issue refunds if a unit was left locked.
All refunds will be rebated according to the signed contract. “All refunds will be processed by request within fourteen (14) days of the date the request is received in our office.”
Online Privacy Policy
We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number.
We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes.

U-Storit, Inc. does not sell or share information to unrelated third parties.
Liability Waiver
U-Storit, Inc. makes an effort to keep Occupant’s credit card and other personal information private. However, U-Storit, Inc. does not warrant or guarantee that such information will not be stolen or otherwise compromised. U-Storit, Inc liability for the loss or theft of Occupant’s credit card or personal information shall be limited to the lesser of the Occupant’s direct tangible loss incurred or $250.

U-Storit, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Online Privacy Policy at any time. Accordingly, U-Storit, Inc. recommends that you revisit this Online Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the current privacy practices. Your continued use of the web site following any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.
