Public Sale Information

  • Entire contents of units will be sold at public sale on the date and time listed.
  • Contact us and request to get e-mail listing of our auction schedule! For a detailed listing check the newspaper.
  • All bidders must sign in at the office, prior to start of sale.
  • We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) and cash only.
  • Sale rules will be announced by the seller.
  • All units must be broom swept and all contents removed from the premises.
  • All sales held at 9:30 A.M. - 2nd Thursday of each month (usually)
